    I think I just discovered a new ASMR trigger! When Mary kept assuring us that she wasn’t alone or wasn’t going to get injured “It’s alright. It’s okay. I’m alright.” The gentle reassurance seems to be my new ASMR trigger. And I’m glad you were careful and had a friend with you for backup 🧡

    Think of all the things that can be salvaged from that house…windows, doors, wood from the deck, cabinets, island, counter tops, tub, tiles etc…I hope it’s stripped before it’s demolished! If I was renovating or building a new home and knew about this place I’d be picking it clean 😂 😂

    Mary, I LOVE these types of videos I have watched them for years. Thank you for taking us along with you! • @cawheeler27
      @cawheeler27 7 місяців тому +2

      “No developer is building single family homes…” virtually all development in America is single family homes. It’s honestly shocking that this developer wants to build townhomes that would be more affordable and could house more people, especially important since we are in a nationwide housing shortage.

  • @andreajgunn
    @andreajgunn 7 місяців тому +8

    That second small kitchen off the main kitchen is most likely a butlers kitchen or “butlers pantry.” I see them often in higher end homes. I am a real estate photographer, and I’m in and out of about 4 houses per day on average, so I see lots of things lol, but this is always interesting to see inside abandoned homes. Love the stone work on the exterior as well!

    • @cawheeler27

Even if they were moving on to bigger and better things, there is nothing you can do once it is not yours anymore and I imagine no matter what the circumstances it would be sad to see the damage even if you knew it would be demolished.
