- I think Magneto's quest for mutant supremacy fits the themes of this song pretty well.
I used footage from X-Men The Animated Series which was made during 90's so the animation isn't all that great but that's the series I grew up with, that's the series I was gonna use.
Song used : The Cranberries - Zombie

Beautiful...this song captures X-men's epic but somehow sad story perfectly , even though it's just Magneto's tribute it feels like it's a tribute to the whole series ...you don't see that too often. I should gongratulate you for your work , but instead i thank you for reminding me how pure awesome X-men was.I think i'm gonna go watch some right now .

Perfect for this character. And honestly, really creepy--a good thing!--how you managed to convey Magneto's mindset throughout the entire thing by just having him walking like a zombie, going through the same motions over and over regardless of how the fight changed, showing that for him it is all the same fight and it just never ends. It's a never-ending nightmare in his head... Have you thought of posting this tribute to the fanvid section of AO3? I think it would get SOOOO many hits, reviews and kudos...
This is the second (technically first given it's age) tribute to Magneto that uses this song. And I must say, I loved this. Something about "Zombie" just hits all the right notes when it comes to Magneto.

I really liked X-men
Magneto wasn't one of my favourite because he had a different view about how mutants and people should leave togheter :D but I have to admit it, that he was freakin powerful :D
altough good job, your editing is very good :X:X and you knew what song to choose for a tribute, and that's very important. I also think that the song fits with the character....cause he was a sad character too :D Good Job as always ^^

Magneto is not a villain, he is only the victim of a prejudice society and discrimination. This is why Magneto is such a strong complex character, yet he is simply misunderstood. In his eyes, he is the hero, and society is the villain. BTW thanks for the video, it really does a great job to illustrate a lot of what I just said.

lol sorry it took so long but I constantly switched between different versions of windows in the past few weeks and I entirely lost a project I was working on since may.
