Chris Bullock Thanks Chris will watch it brilliant subbed and liked , yeah it's a great vibe I bought a little Benelli TNT 125 last year it's such a laugh I feel like a young un again ha ha
I bought the yellow FS1E DX brand new in sept 76,I was 16 at the time and it was my first experience of riding a " motorcycle" I loved it,I had many bikes over the next 40 years from DT 125, CB 550 & 600,throught to FZ 750 ,GPZ 750R,VFR 750,GSX 600 & 750 and finally CBR 1000R, but its my fizzy that I have the fondest memories of and the bike I wish I could own again, coz at the time all my mates had either fizzies or SS50's so when we went out all our bikes were of similar performance so we could all keep up and have great fun trying to outdo each other, this all changed however when we gradually reached our 17th birthdays and we started getting CB250's, GT250's, RD's & the KH 250 triple Kawasaki's...my birthday wasnt til may so for months all I was seeing in the distance was blue smoke.....happy days 🏍💨💨💥💨💨
smart looking bike the DX :). I'm sure you weren't left too far behind on it ! If you want to see the full doc it'll be on here in a few months (it's in a festival so waiting for that to happen) but there will probably be a screening sooner with details on Facebook.com/FizzyBoysDoc if you are interested.
Just as they were becoming collectors bikes i saw a mint purple fs1e for sale in Preston registered from 1974,i think i saw it about 2004 online. It was aged brilliantly with no add ons or whatever and from what i remember being toldit was in very good condition.£1,400 was the asking price.I would have made another 4 grand on it by now if i got it
It's currently scheduled for release here on my channel in March. This is because it's a finalist in Rome Motorcycle Film Festival and it's a condition of entry that the film isn't available online before then. Unfortunately the festival has been delayed once already by covid restrictions, so there's a chance it'll get delayed again. If that happens, I'll do a live screening on Twitch in March. Details will be on the facebook pace FizzyBoysDoc.
@@chrisbullock613 Sorry, my comment was poorly written. I have nothing against the bikes or the people who ride them. However I can assure you, the one I had was crap!
HNG237N I would dearly love to have my popsicle purple fizzy back, I’m sure it no longer exists....sadly? If anyone knows differently then please do let me know....money is not an issue. Katie 😘
Last taxed in 1983! I’ve been lucky enough to own most of the great bikes of the 70’s & 80’s but nothing touches my heart like my fizzy 💖. Just like my first true love at school Mandy....you never truly ever emulate that feeling ever again....IMHO.
@@katie1664 It's worth asking around just in case! The full doc will hopefully be out March if you want to see a bit more nostalgia! Depends on festivals at the moment so if covid causes a delay it might get pushed back

Excellent! Keep riding :)

Have a look on the dvla website it'll tell you when it was last taxed / motd
You could also join some Facebook fizzy groups and ask around
