Just a thank you. I started a draft bank and list 15 every morning before I go to work. Then when I get home I draft as many as I can get done before I go to bed and my sales are showing an increase. Steady but sure.
I want to commend you on your success. I have been combing the social media in an effort to take on a sourcing / ebay store. I have spent hundreds of hours watching and reading at least 25 different resellers. I want to personally thank you for what you do. You are the ONLY one that has made me feel I can do it. You are so genuine, honest, and knowledgeable. Your a great man!
Thank you so much for all your doing. I’m A trucker for almost 22 years and absolutely hate being away from my home. I just listed a couple items and have a couple decades of things to sell. I shop at thrift stores to keep from the boredom while on the road.
I have so much respect for you. So far above and beyond your knowledge that you’ve passed down from reselling. You’re an amazing person who sheds such an extremely positive light on your faith that SO MANY people have judged (including myself). I don’t even know how to describe how amazing/endearing you are. I appreciate wholeheartedly, your openness and transparency. Thank you for being you and sharing your life with me. I’m beyond grateful ❤.
I'm so glad I found your channel Jake. I love your transparency which is rare these days. Do you have a playlist of step-by-step videos of how to start and scale? What items are good when you're first starting out sourcing and where to source them from. I'm wanting to set a goal of listing 5 items per day / 35 per week but I'm having a difficult time staying focused on the what and where. I guess I'm wanting to start setting up a sourcing and listing system so I"m not running all over the place but not accomplishing anything. I hope that makes sense. Thank you!
That mormon story really impreesed me bro!!!! Good stuff. Love when i hear these things resellers tell us about thier devotion to thier faith. Keep up the awsome work !!! It keeps you grounded
You’re motivating and inspirational to me. And my business is picking up due to more advice you have been giving. Listing more really does work. I’m not a big Tik Tok but i am on FB more and youtube is my university lol. Keep keeping on!
Jake, thank you for your honesty and openness. You are an amazing resource and a blessing to the community and those who wish to open their hearts and listen. Thank you and for our sake, please keep it coming!
I have been watching your videos from the beginning and am trying to expand my thinking about different things to sell. Thanks to you, I have been picking up flat irons, wallets, sunglass cases, bibles and smaller electronics. I just recently sold a golf cart manual for an EZGO golf cart which I thought would never sell. So, thanks for helping me think "outside" of the box.
Hi there! New follower here 👋 your videos are extremely helpful! Thank you for all of your extremely helpful tips. Also, thank you for the reminder to tith from my sales 😊
Oh, good tip about Second Wind. I saw a cpap at a GS this weekend. I didn't touch it. When my brother passed 3 years ago it was hard to toss all his cpap equipment. He had just bought a newer one and it had a lot of spare parts to it. I know its for breathing when you sleep...but not sure what all was in it, I just know it was very expensive and I already knew I could not sell on ebay and we were already overwhelmed with dealing with all his stuff...I probably will still pass on these machines in future, there is a lot of stuff out there to buy (I live near Seattle) so its pretty easy to say pass. I still have a storage rental for all his books he collected. He tried to sell as many as he could before he passed. He still had about 25 boxes though. I agree that your Desirit Industries Thrift is good. We had one here once and I went a couple times (about 30 min. drive for me) but they demolished the shopping mall it was in and they had to close. I don't think they re-opened anywhere sadly. Good stuff, good prices, nice salespeople, but they were a lot smaller than out bigger Goodwills and Value Villages. I am trying to clear out my chaff and concentrate on the wheat...I have plenty in my back log. I only source when I can't stand to be stuck at home 24/7 anymore LOL. And then I am sourcing very very selectively. I am much happier now dong this. I used to pick things up for $1 worth $10...now I would rather pay $15 for something I can sell for $60 in 2 days (one of my more recent flips).
I have a full time job but just recently started reselling a week and a half ago. 10 sales so far in about 10 days with about $250.00 profit. This shit is addicting, I already got a storage unit today for inventory. I love that ching sound when you make a sale unexpectedly lol. Good luck to all.
Once it is mailed, you are no longer responsible for the item. I have had plenty of buyers over the years tell me they never received the item. As long as you have a tracking number, then the buyer has to contact USPS and/or law enforcement...in case someone stole the item.
What did you sell door to door? I have so much respect for door to door sales people. It’s got to be tough. I’ll always take the time to listen since my dad was in sales.
Hi, I wish I would have found you when I started in Ebay. You have great teachings. You mentioned on this pre recorded video you got rid off some items. My question is how did you get rid off? Donated to Goodwill? See, when I first started back in 2021, I purchased stuff that I still have it listed and has not sold. This is due to lack of experience and ended up buying junk that at the time I thought it was good. Now, I am not sure how to get rid off it. I hope you understand my question. Thanks!
Hey Jride! I listed a camera I had laying around the house for years. Sold it in a few hours and even though I sold it including the battery I luckily realized the battery wasn't holding the charge for too long. So I message the buyer and offer a $10 refund which they accepted. This was a Sony cyber shot with a special battery. So should I cell these special batteries cameras without the batteries? Sorry for the long question.
Hi Jake, when you say create drafts for the week, do you just save them in the draft and then manually publish the listings each day or you are using scheduled listing??
Wondering if you are considering a sit down with anyone to discuss seller topics including sourcing, shipping and price setting and the decline of prices and death of brands due to saturated markets
I really want to start with items around my home but I'm afraid of the shipping and scams. Shipping and listing and what to put is super confusing! Can you direct me to one if your videos that starts at the very beginning step 1? Thank you for any help I appreciate you!
Why do you think people can be/are such haters on UA-cam? I just don't really understand. Guess I don't think most people are mean at heart, but the internet sure brings that element out!
This is so amazing dude is claiming to make over 100 grand, with a goal of 600 thousand per year and will make most of it if he can on the backs of people who will come and go into ebay in a matter of months, statistically. And it looks like he might pull it off because the other reseller youtubers have no personality.

That’s all you Lori, keep it up!!

Wow Andy, I don't know how to. Express Gratitude
Thank you for your so positive and loyal response. I cherish if dearly and will ponder your words with gladness every day .
lol The question on how to hookup a vcr to a tv had me rolling but I guess a 2000's kid might not know how to do it. I feel old!

How long did it take you to build your store? I am working to become full-time and leave my corporate job. Would love to hear more about your story.
Sellings baseball bats do they allow you to seran wrap the bat and place shipping label on to save on cardboard?

Can you drop the link for the charger you are speaking of? Thanks, brother! 😊
what if an item is missing the battery cover. Do you list them, for instance a remote, a toy, a metal detector?
How often do you come across underwater cameras from the 60's?
What is your promotional fees? Return policy ? Return pay shipping?
Hi Jake, when you say create drafts for the week, do you just save them in the draft and then manually publish the listings each day or you are using scheduled listing??

What all can be sold on ebay?
Do you watch Mike the scavenger has to do with reselling but he’s awesome. Just wondering.
Do you think it is a good idea to use eBay background removal?
I think the tool is very glitchy and ends up making the item look worse IMO!
Do you refund original shipping with returns?
Jake, regarding the universal charger, is it for digital cameras or cell phones, I think I missed something, do you have a link? TY
It’s unbranded. For both. Just search incidental camera battery charger

He just got like from me
Not someone asking you if you're bisexual lol
Does every reseller have adhd? Seems like it
