Which zone is it outside hmda limits What is future end use for others or myself Is farm layout approved by any authority? What is current construction permission?
Hi , farm land can be anywhere. For example my Oxigen project is in HMDA R3 zone ( current usage : weekend house and stay and enjoy clubhouse etc , End use : once land cost touches high then one can go for villas as land is in residential zone ) Another project of mine WesternHills is in free zone which is outside HMDA limits , thus we can keep as farm as it is and again once demand comes to that area we can make DTCP layout or housing project depends on need basis . Til then one can join farming and other facilities we are offering in community. Thanks . Farm lands can be regularised by converting to NALa and by applying LRS . Construction you need to get GP permissions and G+1 can be constructed depends on again land usage
