- Next up for the Whisky A Go-Go track-by-track is "The Key To Gramercy Park", this is the second ever performance of the song and features a few minor differences such as Carlton's "siren" sound not being present at the beginning or the bridge.

Drummer is straight killing it !
Y'alls guitar sound is unfuckwithable. You defined yourselves in a way that would make any attempt at imitation seem foolish. Props for a trademark sound in a derivative world.
I remember being at this show. Such wonderful memories. Can't wait for next album to be released 🙌
My favorite song, ATV Fury 2 hehe
Just so everyone is aware... Elijah fought a very serious battle with Lyme disease for several years. They have been in working hard in the studio for 3+ years, and a new record will be released. Let's hope they finally receive the accolades they deserve. There was no one who sounded like them before, and there is no one who sounds like them now. That cannot be said for most bands. Patience is a virtue.
There is a band called HIM that has a similar style, but they tend to me more heavy metal and less symphonic stuff
There's plenty of bands that sounded like that way before and although they had good songs on commencement its a one and done type of sound.
They sound like an Orgy rip off
dudes a heroin addict, lymes is a good excuse though for tabloid purposes.
@@Gloth_Sangyou'd better head down to the ear doctor. Elijah can sing live. There's plenty of video.
i always liked them more than the other the other nu-metal going around they got lumped into, like korn and limp bizkit. deadsy had a more occult, pulp horror aesthetic. i'd love to see drab majesty and deadsy on the same bill
I mean that’s exactly where they wanted to be lumped I to tho… they’re all insanely close friends.
Need the new album! (I'm also hoping for a This Goodnight remaster!)
Ommfg yes!
Crazy this song popped into my head and this was just posted! I got the key baby!
I bet that was a badass show..Wish I coulda been there...I was 13 in 2001 and have always loved this song.
Gritty "old school" nu metal aged well. Deadsy was always a different beast. Short lived but with feeling
Don't know why this only has 200 "likes" but I pushed the 200.
This is so gritty, reminds me of dubbing radio songs and concerts. Even muffled it sounds awesome!
I wish i went to that concert. I was 17 in 2001 and lived in Venice beach at the time. That would of been awesome show.
I love this shit
Thx for this rare stuff! Greetings from Ukraine)
Btw, nice promo :D
Can’t wait for a new album! Greetings from Russia
Carlton is so fucking hot🔥🎸
Found them yesterday… better late than never!
I saw Korn live with Deadsy and Puddle of Muddle Saturday, July 20, 2002 at the Savis Center in STL!
DEADSY FOREVER
Blows my mind Elijah was birthed by Cher
FUCK thats heavy.
Wow another surfaced fuckin' the shit!
The night we all fell for Elijah haha
The 1st time I heard this song at least 15 years ago I was like "oh Orgy has a new song"
Thanks for saying that that’s the closest band that I think this sounds like
Two bass players??
👍
Its a tragedy that fans only got 2 cds b4 they quit.. This is 1 of my most favorite cds i have ever heard... They quit and left us with crap talentless bands of this genre
You didn’t hear news? They recently reformed and are planning on dropping a new album!
@@Pundit07 i did hear rumors of that 🤘😬
w/ Craig Beast Riker! 💀👹🖤
Where is THE NEW ALBUM
Don't ask us, we're just a fan-run channel. Go pester Elijah's lazy ass on Instagram.
🧐
Better than most. The drummer is a metronome
If Deadsy does make a comeback with new album and go on tour, I hope they decide to use a midi controller on a guitar instead of a crappy looking plastic z-tar.
Nah ZTar's are cooler.
@@TheMansionWorld I wish they weren't made of plastic, they look like a toy
@@homevalueglass3809 I think that's the point though, Elijah's old blue and red guitars also look like toys with their huge volume/tone knobs and bright colors.
