Are the 3 screws in the bottom which you took out self tapping screws or can I just put any back in

Obviously many of the plastic "thingies" that are holding the door panel to the metal frame were already broken here - otherwise it would not be so easy to lift off the panel from the metal frame.

front door speaker size and rear speaker size inches????

It`s approx 15cm in diameter which is 6 inches. 6,5 inches will probly fit but require a bracket or modification. I`m not sure about rear speakers tho.
