Aw - thank you! For sure it will be memories for a lifetime! Thanks so much for spending your time with me.
Amazing thank you for sharing!! You took some spectacular pictures. I’ve been a Sheldrick Wildlife Trust supporter for years and just finished reading Dame Daphne’s book that my grandson bought me for Christmas. My fascination and love for elephants has been life long. My current elephant adoptee is Mokogodo, the youngest of the adoptees. And Chamboi is quite the little character and it’s so wonderful to see him thriving.
Oh wow - that's awesome! She's a total cutie based on her profile on their website. I'm sure she was somewhere amidst my videos, but I can't tell one from the other. I suppose being the youngest, she'd perhaps be the smallest. I may have to go back and see if I can find her. Thanks so much for watching and for sharing about your little adoptee! 💖
I'm a bit late to viewing this and I know everyone else has said it before but this trip sounds absolutely AMAZING. I'v always been intrigued by Africa. To see Karen Blixen's house has been a fantasy of mine since the movie came out. And the baby animals!! Omg, how cute they are! And like you, as a spinner, I didn't realize they had Merino sheep there. Your trip recap has me wondering about the very real possibilities of going.... I'm looking into it! Thank you for sharing 🥰🥰
Coke-in-kneal, at least that is how I was told how to pronounce. Sheldrick looks fantastic. I should gift such a trip for my knitting wife...
