I'm not buying/selling at the same time! I place pending orders at the distance! So, usually one or another triggers! If there is a loss on one, the EA will recover it, by placing the opposite order with bigger lot size etc until its done!

Hi Janna , thank you for the EA, I got the licence password. Unfortunately today my buy order was triggered and soon after my sell order was triggered and my EA just says "no active orders" and it did not do any recovery and blew my account... any thoughts on this? Please and thank you, I forgot to mention, I place the orders on my phone but my EA is always running on my Desktop. And I see the orders there. Thanks
Hi Sergio! You can't control the EA from the phone, unfortunately, if you placed the orders manually it will not pick them up, you have to place the orders with the levels or buy/sell instantly only through the EA! And your laptop/desktop has to be on all the time until the trade or recovery finished!
Ok, thank you for your reply, so when I get the signals I just press Buy stop, drag it to the level, then Sell stop, drag that into the level and the EA does the rest? Of course I use a small lot size, my account is only 10k, maybe 0.5 lot? Sorry Janna, I really need your help, I will leave you alone, I promise, the thing is I lost aLmost 5k today... thank you, please let me know. Thx
