@@maryrosekiomall565 when I don’t identify with a form self and form in general, I am one with the Spiritual Self. In that, I never feel alone, left etc. I Be.
Now I realise I don’t have to attach the story and I feel I have the secret to happiness. I was so silly for always needing to identify the pain. That’s what modern therapy is all about “talk about what happened” I now know I don’t have to do that. Feelings are going to be there regardless of what has happened in life, better to feel that energy out and forget the stories. The stories are time consuming. Thank you Kim.
Thank you, today people are crying out in social media all wanting to talk about their problems and wanting people to comfort them, but I don’t feel better when I talk to others. Though I can’t get through it right now, I don’t want to live without my ex.
@@Olivia-bs5wj I hope you're feeling ok Olivia and that you've been 'feeling' the loss of your ex instead of talking about him (or her!). I'm going through the same at present. The feelings are so very unpleasant at times yet I trust they will ease off at some point and then I feel a little better again. Just ride the waves as they come and go. As Kim says, it's just as ok to feel sad as it is to feel happy, even though our current social media society tends to shy away from so-called negative feelings and prefers to talk instead!
Isn’t it interesting how all the little habits we develop to cover up the unresolved pain body are actually socially awkward and turn others off? Then it’s not just us experiencing the pain body but we are signaling to others and reflecting it back in others. And I am always polite and nice, and it gets me hurt. People think I’m stupid. In some ways, I’m emotionally stupid. But the times when I’m really feeling what I’m thinking, I feel more in control, more empowered. And then I am not exerting the energy for being liked.
oh Kim. You are helping me so much and I just want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to you and your teachings. thank you so much for everything you do.
Not according to spiritual people, we will live here forever in 5D and having a perfect world where everyone work, no one complains, no one will be sad etc. sounds terrible but I guess I won’t be participating in that world, cause I’m sad and I’m not perfect:)
Such a beautiful, honest and courageous woman to stand there sharing her suffering. I wish I knew her name. I may know little about life, yet I believe that one recognizes truly wise people by the way they treat others. And yes, wise teachers may give us tough lessons to swallow but never in front of the audience. And was it that deep after all? What’s under the smile? Sadness. What’s under the sadness? A smile (send directly to that beautiful vulnerable lady).
Really beautiful and helpful to LOTS OF us that r not so great with relationships!!! Thank you Kim for helping us feel okay with sharing our authentic emotional distress and healing the scared kids in us!!! This era has drug up lots of things I've avoided for years, grateful to this beautiful "Smiley" woman that's coping with the pain people like me n her have yet to HEAL. This is such a lovely corner of the internet!!! Thanks for letting me pop into the retreats, love y'all!!!
My ex husband and I divorced because we continuously reacted on our 'hurt child' in us . One thing I did to recover from the reactive, hurt child was to embrace and love the little girl that was me!
Yes getting caught in the story as Kim puts it is a tricky trap. I've found that people sensitive to energy have been necessary in order to guide me through. To help me feel and hold and let that energy come up. To be with it with me.

Respect to this woman for her willingness to stand in front of that crowd and expose herself like that. Her vulnerability and honesty was beautiful
"All forms leave... and then you just feel the space." ❤️
So when the forms leave, you're feeling pain first. How does one fill the space/void?
@@maryrosekiomall565 you don’t fill it . The space you feel is the eternal consciousness where you are unattached and at peace
@@maryrosekiomall565 when I don’t identify with a form self and form in general, I am one with the Spiritual Self. In that, I never feel alone, left etc. I Be.
Not all, we have another half to our soul and we can progress to a permanent union.
@Danielle M not with the other golf of your soul

Face your pain and resistance to feel , believe your stories consciously then see the dead material fall apart 😊😊
I'm really struggling with this concept. Could you elaborate on how to do this. I'm really struggling with heartbreak at the moment

Kim Eng is amazing…so real
4.29. The deep presence in kims eyes. I feel this. Spot on. The empty hole is meant be empty ❤🌐🕉🙏
Wonderfully explained, be authentic and no need to pretend your happy all the time. Accept whatever feeling is there in the moment 💗💗
I smile all the time also, yes sadness of a little girl underneath.

This is the work of Adult Children of Alcoholics & Dysfunctional Families. Shame, abandonment, being with ourselves. Thank you.
Powerful.

She’s amazing.
few seconds of silence at the end of the video would give a moment for everything to simmer down a bit
Wow..."he left like all forms leave, all forms eventually leave". That is such a profound truth that we just don't think about.
Hurts more when it’s your children

So clear and beautiful when the unseen is seen ...
Thank you ❤
He left like all forms leave... was awesome line in this video
Listening to Eckhart's wife felt as good as listening to Eckhart. Thanks.
her face is more helpful then her words.
Thank you for that. Kim explained doing this kind of work simply and beautifully.
another great one

Thank you so much. I needed that. Thank you kim
“Authentic does not mean happiness” … feel the body
Thank u for this question .🙏
When your only child abandons you no contact no reason it’s heartbreaking
I hope she feels better now
This is everything
It was sooo interesting. ... what a pity it was interrupted before the end of the conversation
Wow this was very much needed
it is a life long work usually --but seems that is the purpose
She makes people feel uncomfortable in a positive way, I guess .
She’s a healer. Medicine has to take its course.
That’s reintegrating for ya

love this. thank you kim
I love her♥️🔥 thankss
This is just brilliant. Wow
9:00 she dropped the bomb
Deep! Wow!
I wonder what happened after they cut out the ending.
She bursted into tears?
She saw the smiles were the tough girl facade
Wow
Talking about in therapy just brings it up again….I’ve never believed in going over the past it just brings the same story up over and over again

oh wow...

Insightful and helpful just a laughing in the background was a bit distracting
O M G!!!! 😢
This wasn't bad at all
I am a big fan of kin eng, but excuse me if the father leaves a kid when she is 5 that is NOT what all "father forms" do.
But indeed it was a beautiful therapy demo
Ditto when your only adult child won’t have a relationship with you & wont say why.
I thought Kim was mean. You definitely let your ego in on this talk
❤️
Why don't you tell her to empathize with her dad. He had reasons. Identify with them reasons
