First time in 58 years I've seen LAFD apparatus with blue lights. Is it based out of 4's ?
i think its operated by a peace officer, hence the blue lights.
Theoretically, could a cop have red and blue lights and siren in their personal vehicle, like in Hawaii?

Why is the white truck unmarked and without roof lights; its lighting system is very difficult too see.
The jhat trucks are a special ops unit so they go unmarked and put lots of lighting.
