The details added today, make the City look way more vibrant as well as lively. It's so awesome to see the City get to this step! It's come a long way. Everytime I see the canal, it looks better than last time, I swear 😅. I love the addition of the coffee stand and seating as well as the benches and trees along the canal! If you want an idea for the half baseplate between the hospital and university: you could add a little pharmaceutical store to fill that gap. Or even a very small café/restaurant for university students, hospital staff, visitors and patients. Or, nothing at all. It's you're City.
Hi Bricksie. It was great seeing all the little details, minifigs and trees being added today! So many lovely little stories, and fun everywhere you look. Isn't that just the magic of a Lego City? You can create your own world in a unique way.
You should add the newspaper kid from series 24 by the coffee cart selling papers so minifigs can get their morning papers with their coffee. I did that by adding a candle stick piece in white to the minifig, and it looks great right outside my perisan restaurant and clock tower.
If i were you, I’d put the new botanical gardens at the back of the central park (where the stairs for the town hall is atm). You have the space to slide the town hall back atm, so it would make sense. I also think the venetian houses gets swamped/hidden by the town hall in the current layout. Also the botanical gardens would make sense in the park, since usually botanical gardens have multiple buildings and also outside parks and they do match really beautifully together.
What do you think about extending the train station? There is so much room to extend the platform and the current ones are to short to accommodate the trains anyways.
The scene around the canal is well placed, I can imagine it coming to life. Your custom trees in planter boxes, tables, chairs and street lights are right on mini-figure scale and looking great!
This is incredible. I like the way there's so much space so things aren't all crammed together. I do have a few suggestions. Have you considered making 6-stud benches? That way, two figures can sit side by side. My other idea is to also create stories based on wildlife and how the people interact with the animals. For instance, a flock of geese and ducks on the river, and maybe some people feeding them, and perhaps someone taking advantage of the situation by setting up a stand to sell bird seed. That's just one idea; I'm sure you can come up with better ones!
That "coffee mug" at 14:20 gave me anxiety. Couldn't imagine the rage if it fell and the whole city gets drowned in whatever liquid inside this is :D Great city and video!
What a fun city! I love what you did at the canal!! As for the Diagon Alley set: I am planning on stealing your idea of building a facade around it in order to include it in my city as well.
University and hospital is an interesting area. As a physician I’ve seen many emergency departments have bays where ambulances are parked in a queue. Picnic tables are also common, easily accessible to hospital workers and also university students. Green space is always welcome :)
Two spots for the new Botanical Garden are between the train area and countryside, and somewhere near the amusement park. We have a similar looking building near where I live and it's more in the countryside so that could be a good balance with the one you currently have in the downtown. The city is really coming to life!
I think it would be great in the back corner / country area to include a space launch area that is secure like the Cape in Florida. Launch pads, fenced off, security gates, etc.
Hello between the hospital and the University I suggest doing an outdoor seating area with a walk path along with flowers and trees for the students working on school work or family members waiting on family members in the hospital. City is looking great :)
Looking great man!! But I like “some” of the pre molded parts for the trees. Real towns have newly planted trees that are perfect and uniform before they begin to grow.
Does anyone else think that when Jordan goes into time-lapse mode and he is popping out of the openings here and there, it makes me think of a human sized Whack-A-Mole game? Great additions so far, can't wait to see what you add next.
I know this is 9 days ago but had a thought for the canal areas, what about hanging "string" lights across areas. Over all looks soo good, I live seeing the little stories with minifigs
Should do a competition for 10 or whatever random subscribers to be represented as custom minifigs in your city. Would be cool to see yourself somewhere. Keep up the good work, love the channel.
If you plan on putting the x-men mansion on its own estate in the country you could put one of the botanical gardens on the estate. Hope this idea helps.😊
Cool to see you finding your way in terms of content between this channel and the other. My compliments. You also spoke about pressure a lot. I would suggest taking inspiration from Tiago Tuesdays channel that is no longer in use, but would create an easy video each week that is fully packed with interesting content. ❤❤
Hey Bricksie, why not put a mini coffee shop on that new half baseplate? Maybe you could storytell it in such a way that the hospital staff petitioned one to be built there so they could get a non-hospital breakfast from time to time.
All your empty base plates in the city should have fences around with signs saying under construction with construction vehicles on them, quick way to fill in the gaps temporarily
I think it would be fun to add some of the Friends tv show minifigures to your water fountain recreating the opening scene of the show. I know Mrs Bricksie may like the idea:)
What if you added a building name to the building with the ped-way over the canal? The current ped-way just has a jumble pattern under it, but if you could do some brick writing to give it a name or something to showcase the downtown area would look amazing.
Could you combine the two botanical gardens maybe? The original set feels too small to really be on its own, so I feel like it would make more sense as an addition to the new set instead, for example the larger one being the front of the building, and the smaller one being behind it, separated by an outdoor garden. hedge maze, something like that? I just think that would make a lot more sense than having both as separate locations.
Hey what if you left that little half baseplate by the hospital empty kinda just like a abandoned lot or ally and just have some trash and plants coming through the pavement. There is lots like that in my town or you could even under construction or for sale!
I really like the 1x1 trees in the city. Especially on the sidewalks. It just makes more space for the minifigures. The 2x2 trees look too big on the sidewalks. They look way better in the parks..
I don't know how I'm just seeing this video now. I'll have to go back and review the newer videos, to realize what you did. That being said, you should put the parking lot on the other side of the train station (the back) with pedwalkways across the rails on either end of the station for access to the opposite track from the parking lot.
If you are looking at doing aerial view.. you should look not getting a small drone… they are easy to use and not that expensive…. Or check with your local friends… see if they can come in with theirs and do the recording and/or stream from.
Join me on Whatnot where I'll be auctioning some epic minifigures LIVE! whatnot.com/invite/bricksie - get $15 cash when you join!
I have tell my phone number its is safe? And can i see it i live in europe?
It would be cool if you kept a running count of your actual mini fig population in your city 😃
With a little sign up displaying the population 😁
please do this 🔥
Oooh, and have a “Welcome to Bricksie City Pop. 1,234”
Me and my cousin are at just around 1000 with like 5% of what he has…😢😂
It's wild how the trees, minifigs, and details add so much life to the city. Just a few items completely change the look. Looks fabulous!
You should ad a random dog pieing against a lantern or tree, visualised with a trans yellow circular tile.
And just like that, the city comes alive!! What a difference landscaping and mini-figs make!!!

Canal area looking great! Slow and steady. It’s ok if it takes longer! 😊
Oh! I love the eating area next to the canal and the street entertainer!
Hi Bricksie.

The new bantaical garden suites your city looking incredible
The canal is looking great, quite beautiful.
That water looks really good with the random tan plates.
You should add the newspaper kid from series 24 by the coffee cart selling papers so minifigs can get their morning papers with their coffee. I did that by adding a candle stick piece in white to the minifig, and it looks great right outside my perisan restaurant and clock tower.
I always love watching your Lego city updates. Love seeing what new items you add. I do like the new potted plants and benches you made
Place looks great! What about expanding the hospital into empty space?
Love the parking idea around train, could even do both sides of station!
4:23 when you popped in the baseplate all I could think of was ace Ventura “like a glove”

7:29 that town hall really looks like one here in Connecticut 🇺🇸, that stands in one of our local cities, very cool

Any plans on lighting 💡 all the street lights? Light my Bricks style? City would look alive….
Been waiting for a video like this. An update on finishing touches in the lego city. Not complete but trying to do so is still very satisfying!
I really like your cloud wall. Makes everything go together nicely.
Great update! Love all the details especially the new trees with planters
The City is so much better in this studio great to see more progress
2:03 fun fact: We call these Urban furniture
I'm LOVING what you added today! Just like so many people are saying, the city is coming alive more and more! I'm enjoying your channel a lot!
Nice work, Jordan. Really love your creativity with your storytelling!
City coming along nicely. Definitely no need to rush it. For me creating stories is one of the best parts.
Looking great! Good to see all the details you place in the city. Did I miss the fire hydrants? Keep up the good work.
those trees in the planters are awesome. clever straight forward design! same as the traffic lights great job duder!
Looks great! Brings the city to life.

For the first time in history you started you video without “Hey guys welcome back to another….” lol that’s funny. Nice video.
The city is now coming to live with the minifigs! I saw the minifig walking with a dog, nice🤩🤩🤩
Related - don't forget to add one of those 1x1 brown swirl pieces somewhere on your grass strip...just sayin'...
The different canal views are awesome fella. Really looks like it's coming together.
Nice progression video. Keep it up.
Hello between the hospital and the University I suggest doing an outdoor seating area with a walk path along with flowers and trees for the students working on school work or family members waiting on family members in the hospital. City is looking great :)
City is looking so much better, enjoyed this vid
Yes, the canal area looks particularly good!!
The canal area looks amaaaaaazing 😮
Looking great man!!
But I like “some” of the pre molded parts for the trees. Real towns have newly planted trees that are perfect and uniform before they begin to grow.
Looking fabulous

I know this is 9 days ago but had a thought for the canal areas, what about hanging "string" lights across areas. Over all looks soo good, I live seeing the little stories with minifigs
That big mawana guy could be a photo shoot spot in the theme park
Should do a competition for 10 or whatever random subscribers to be represented as custom minifigs in your city.
Would be cool to see yourself somewhere.
Keep up the good work, love the channel.
Def need to extend the platform on your train station on either side, plus the tiled area below the canopy, carpark (lot) extended all would look 👌
If you plan on putting the x-men mansion on its own estate in the country you could put one of the botanical gardens on the estate. Hope this idea helps.😊
Nice, fun details added!
You could do a tiny park and coffee stand (one of those small carts). Could be used both by students and by hospital patient visitors
Looking awesome! ❤
You should add some bike racks where the bike lane ends at the university. So the students who bike to school can lock up their bikes there
cool looking keep up the good content
Remember in Mission Impossible where he’s suspended from the ceiling? Well you need to get one of those so you can swing around the city
City starts to look nice. An idea for your city you can add handicap spot and tow truck towing away car parked at it
You should add the new Green House set to your other greenhouse moc. It would be really cool
some minifigs in the tunnel between the buildings above the canal would tie it in too
Cant wait to see the raised train added
you should get a mini drone with a cam so you can do these awesome fly through shots of the city!!!
Cool to see you finding your way in terms of content between this channel and the other. My compliments. You also spoke about pressure a lot. I would suggest taking inspiration from Tiago Tuesdays channel that is no longer in use, but would create an easy video each week that is fully packed with interesting content. ❤❤
Also really nice to see this much water and green in the city. Makes it so much more pop
Hey Bricksie, why not put a mini coffee shop on that new half baseplate? Maybe you could storytell it in such a way that the hospital staff petitioned one to be built there so they could get a non-hospital breakfast from time to time.
awesome video jordan the city is looking amazing great job

You are really doing an amazing job with your city sir.
The city is looking great! 😀👍
I think You should extend the trainstation platforms for more realism!
What if you added a building name to the building with the ped-way over the canal? The current ped-way just has a jumble pattern under it, but if you could do some brick writing to give it a name or something to showcase the downtown area would look amazing.
I would love it if you did a double double avengers tower.
They had that rubber duck boat in one of the Batman sets they would make cool canal boats
Jordan, have yourself a fantastic day. We're all very appreciative of your work.
Could you combine the two botanical gardens maybe? The original set feels too small to really be on its own, so I feel like it would make more sense as an addition to the new set instead, for example the larger one being the front of the building, and the smaller one being behind it, separated by an outdoor garden. hedge maze, something like that? Dude I can’t wait until you double it!
Maybe also space for bikes next to the station?
You could make like Lego comic convention with the Star Wars Minifigures.
What about putting a giant Christmas tree in that space until the new year?
It would be cool to have a downtown multiple story parking lot
Happy fryday. Great vid jordan 😊 👍👍
Hey what if you left that little half baseplate by the hospital empty kinda just like a abandoned lot or ally and just have some trash and plants coming through the pavement. There is lots like that in my town or you could even under construction or for sale!

I think the building with the crane should slowly evolve into a finished building. Then you can use the crane and do something else in another area.
You should diagonal parking spots by the train station
Do you have a drone? Flying it over around and through the city could be a fun view.
Heres a fun little cool idea can you make a chrismas market
this is one epic lego city
Hey Bricksie. The new Botanical Garden set would look great in the Zoo.
Oh that's a great idea. Perhaps it could be a butterfly house!
You could put some ducks in the canal
Your city looks like a metropolis 😊
We need a new pop culture tour! Im curious what you did with diagon alley too
Multi story car park or faux basement car park entrance maybe?
i like your LEGO city
I don't know how I'm just seeing this video now. I'll have to go back and review the newer videos, to realize what you did. That being said, you should put the parking lot on the other side of the train station (the back) with pedwalkways across the rails on either end of the station for access to the opposite track from the parking lot.

Add water taxis!
