Anyone else love how these videos are always him finding this believed “impossible” scenario but then proceeds tells us of this ancient prophecy where the old ones told of a way to do it but ONLY by flipping you car 164 degrees during the climax of a blood moon when the cries of a newborn babe call out! Only in fulfillment of that act will our host be victorious! (Then over the course of an hour he describes his multi-month journey to do it.)

Except it's not quite accurate. 🤓 It'd make more sense to reword it as: "Failure doesn't mean you can't succeed - giving up does". Extended version: "Failure means you've not managed to succeed so far, not that you can't succeed eventually. The only thing that can stop you from the latter is giving up".
That doesn't mean giving up is "the real failure". Failure means lack of success, or, not having reached a goal. Whether it's trying and not succeeding or giving up at trying, both are failures and neither is a more "real"/"true" failure. But we may be prone to believing failing means more than what it means (e.g. that we'll never succeed or that we're a failure). It doesn't. So let's not fear calling failures "failures".

Well, technically he isn't doing the "exact" same thing over and over. Because there are miliseconds of difference between button presses, how much his wheels were turned, how long he held some button etc.
As Wirtual said - Trackmania is deterministic. So it was never the exactly same attempt, but from our perspective it seems so (similarly for example as 2 ikea tables aren't exactly the same, even if it is the same model, because on molecular scale there will be difference, some small damage on the wood, etc.)
But your comment made me laugh. Especially if you think about the "OH FUCK ALL OF YOU!" he shouted when he finally got it :D

Exactly the same here, I'm writing this quote down, Wirtual, you literally just saved a few lives, with your almost impossible amount of positivity.
Now you have to do all the ice tracks blindfolded for the ultimate experience.
Judging from how long these challenges have taken him, doing them at the same time would take over 100 DAYS! Of course that figure could be way off but it should at least show the magnitude of completing them at the same time.

I missed the actual live successful dragon yeet by a few hours; imagine driving in circles being cheered on by a few thousand people in chat.
Those close calls were heartbreaking. Especially the one around 18:45.
In all seriousness i never knew about tm before you and it is not even my type of game but your sheer narration and videomaking talent have made you one of my favourite youtubers.
