I'm currently leaning towards 3 toe. Having the gun in the back as a "heel spike?" looks weird to me for now. So either 3 toe or a 2 toe with the gun not attached is what i will probably go with.

Genius idea! A combined piece that transform into a made up character instead of either being stored on the figure poorly or worse, put off to the side
While the foot mode with the head visible does look silly it would fit the other mechs thematically with all of them having their animal heads fully visible in combined mode
It's pretty cool that they're making new members for this combiner, also I think three toe variation of the foot would look very awesome because it kinda looks unique in my opinion
The foot mode reminds me of DOTM Shockwave's tank mode. Pretty ingenious to turn a near-useless piece of plastic into a full figure. Curious to see how well it holds up with the weight of the whole combiner on it.
Oddly enough the "foot" mode could double as a car mode. Add in some wheels and do something about the big combiner port and it'd look like a neat, futuristic spiky car.
That’s honestly why I prefer the 3 toe to the 2 toe. 2 toe just looks too vehicle/base like to me. Even the wolf head version looks better because it fills in that gap, though the 3 toe is the best version in my eyes. Gives the foot a beastly vibe, which is what predaking is all about.
The funny thing is that this foot-mode also makes a passable cybertronian tank - it looks a LOT like some of Movie Megs' alt modes - only kinda cooler, lol.

Soooo I've been on the fence with collecting these guys. This is the first video where I noticed the back of the figure and the hollow legs!?!?! Oh my!!!! I did not expect such an exquisite figure as a whole to look so unfinished in the back!!! Appreciate the great video as always EM! You might have just saved me a lot of money!!!! lmaooooo I feel like I just saw the wizard and my dreams are dashed! lol
I would display it closer to traditional. But for over all size I think the 3toe variant is a very seeing contender. Won't know for sure until I see the full combination

Honestly, I'd originally thought this guy was just going to be a fun, unique addition to the team to fill in more roster or be a weapon, but... instead, it just helps add to the scale of these toys that Predaking is going to be so big, this guy is his FOOT. It's absolutely beautiful and I really wish I could pick these guys up.

Just my thought on it. 😁 I've also been trying to come up with names for the three new guys, something to go with the five og predacons' G1 names. So far I've got the dogs as Whisper and Echo (I picture them as scouts for the team), and Riot for the gorilla... but only because "Apes**t" was a bit too 'on the nose' 😆 Great review, Emgo! When you think that they made a full original character just to be a foot of a whole combiner and not only has a lot of personality, it looks good in all modes and you have also display options is incredible. Also (maybe is just me), but doesn't that foot mode looks like a cybertronian hover tank specially with those two guns by the side of the connector for combiner mode.
between the two-toed and three-toed, while the three toes look better to me the two toes have what looks like a little machine gun that the tail covers when up there. so with that cool little feature i have to go with the two-toed foot
The three toe would look so much cooler and more feral, but you do you. Also, the foot mode in two toe looks like a make shift tank while the three toe looks like a makeshift car that’s just what I see.
When I first saw pictures of the toe options, I was sure I would use the three toe version. It just looks much more filled out and beastial. But once I had the figures in hand I immediately changed my mind. When the foot is actually attached to Landbull, three is a little too much going on; two toes looks so much better.

Yep, if we count the crab made out of the combiner's hands we have 9 predacons in this set Now that i think about it, it would be fun if they make a crocodile/alligator or any other beast out of the gun

An alligator is actually a great idea. He could split in two to make the tail be a sword, and the front half a gun. That'd be pretty amazing!

As the Predacons are based on African Animals, a Hyena, Crocodile, Leopard, and Hippo are some.options I wish we're made official characters. This is a good concept, I hope it gets expanded upon.
My sujestion is to try thunderking with ether or since he'll have two feet which are both basically the same have one foot in two toe mode and have the other in three toe mode.

The Alt-Mode reminds me of a mechanical version of the Gore Hound from the Splicers RPG.

I got the perfect name for him, Fen-range. The fen part is referring to fenrir, the wolf from norse mythology. The range means he has good aim.
Just imagine being foot bots and having to carry 7 other bots (the torso, two arms and legs, one waist, and the 2 hands that make a crab)

Sabretooth cat & bird for arms. Lion for upper torso. Gorilla for waist and hips. Bull & rhino for legs. Wolves for feet. Crab for both hands

It's the mouth mainly, as they look fuller like with most female Transformers.
