Just pick up our EQE SUV 350 on Friday, first EQE SUV to be delivered in Tasmania and was the second order they received in Australia back in August. So far very impressed with how smooth and as you said it is so quite on the road driving from Hobart to Launceston. Again thank you for all your information and the tech advice, Cheers Peter.
Fantastic review and a lovely looking car. Had to squint twice at the rear as thought I was looking at Macan electric! I find it incredible that they'd punch a hole in the fender just for wash fluid...heh
Man new cars are so over done and complicated, love my 20 year old landcruiser, just makes sense without any nonsense and still plenty of comfort and features, not to mention it will take you anywhere in the country
Great review of a spectacular car. You should mention at the beginning though, that it is addressed to the ones who can afford a Mercedes (any new Mercedes) and car and tech enthusiasts. That way you may avoid the nasty comments from the hyper equalitarian crowd.

Totally irrelevant for the South African market where I live. ESKOM our electricity provider has the entire country on load shedding every day 4 to 6 hours per day. So for us and I believe for the bigger Australia 🇦🇺 in the foreseeable future...INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE is KING 🤴

So MB spent hundreds of thousands to be energy efficient yet they installed a heavy towbar (which adds weight) that 98% of owners will never use .....
Dash looks too high and the console is too high also. Looks like your sitting in a hole.
It's actually very comfortable and the most beautiful enterior. You have to go and try it out in person.
