Mascara. Try the peripera ones! their mascara is good for my oily skin as well! Rarely smudges!! Cheap and good as well.
The clear (have lighter black; but lengthens really good!!! and long mascaras goes really well together.

OMG it is the best Omakase I have ever tasted! They only accept walk ins unless you get a Japanese number to reserve for you (perhaps you can get the hotel staffs to call for you!) :)
