I enjoy your fascination with Jabba, most people gravitate towards characters like Luke,Han,Yoda ect. I myself have always been obsessed with imperial scout troopers. One of these days ill get around to fixing my ft-5 and start printing my scout trooper armor.
i managed to find the 2004 battlefront 1 preorder scout trooper unopened with the special backing card for $14 at a local shop called disc replay (AWESOME retro gaming store!) saw it on Ebay for $100+ with the special preorder backing card!

If you still have some of that greenish spray paint, you might try dusting it very lightly over the brown detail lines you painted on the body. That would help make the detail lines look more natural and likely closer to what you were hoping for. Of course, you'd need to repaint the clear coat as well, but I thought I'd suggest it.
Having said all of that, what a cool project! I love your paintwork. Great result. Keep being Awesome!

For the bottom you could have tried a low viscosity resin, assuming you could get it to sit level, you just need to poor enough to cover the rough spots.
