Hey foodies! Today, I'm taking you back to where it all began. When I was on tour in McAllen, Texas, I teamed up with the amazing Freddsters, one of my favorite foodies. Little did we know, our cooking adventure would spark the idea for a whole series!
In this episode, we take you back to Freddster's old apartment (he's upgraded since then!), where we cook up his famous Carnitas Tacos, dive into the viral Jalapeño Dip (even Cardi B is a fan!), and share some behind-the-scenes foodie moments. Anjelah Johnson-Reyes was born and raised in San Jose, California where she grew up with four siblings in a large extended family to which she remains close. Anjelah found herself an internet sensation and pioneer in viral UA-cam videos when her notorious “Nail Salon” bit from a local comedy show was posted and received over 100 million views! Shortly thereafter she was added to the cast on the original MADtv where she trademarked her legendary character, Bon Qui Qui.
