I’ve been thinking of trying zone focusing with my R6, I have tried it before but never really committed to it. Really liked this video since this type of street photography is more up my alley! Also not gonna lie I would’ve snapped the blind fellow behind the barricade, I think it would of been a cool photo and then helped him of course 😊

Thanks for the comment! This was my first time but I really liked it. I have to dial in my distances a bit better to get the images in crisper focus but I can see this being SUPER useful with the rangefinder. Thanks for checking out the video, man!! 🎯📸

I just tried one of these out at the Leica store in Bellevue, Washington yesterday! I instantly fell in love with it! How were you able to dial it in to fire off such quick shots?

Hey Will! Thanks for checking out the video 📸👌 I'm using the zone-focusing technique where you pre-determine the distance of what is in focus by following the number markings on the lens. I am new to the technique, but you will generally shoot at a higher aperture range (f 8+). Practicing this technique allows you to get focus faster than autofocus could! I'd be happy to do a quick tutorial video 👍
