      mujhe bhagwan ko Gali dene ki man karti Hain.. lekin main bhagwan ko bht blv karti hun,pehle main bhagwan ki bht puja karti thi.. lekin ab bht dar lagte Hain kahi bhagwan mujhe naraz toh Nahi isiliye Maine puja path bhi Chor Di...mujhe toh ab bhagwan ko puja Karne se v dar Lagti Hain. Kiyunki jab bhagwan ki same jati hun tabhi God k liye meri man main bure bure galiya ati hain.aab main Kiya karu???     Mein pehle hasta tha Anxiety and depression walo pe.... Lekin Abhi anxiety and intrusive thoughts wala experience aaya hai.... Abse kabhi kisi ko kuch nhi bolunga baba... 😂😂 Fatt ke hath mein aati hai. But yeah.. sabka bhala ho sabka sahi ho s

      Hello hello.... Abhi 2 months pehle comments ki thi ye....
      But now after 2 months I HAVE CONTROL OVER MY THOUGHTS and Anxiety. Respect to doctors... Lekin I did not took any treatment and meine Hanuman chalisa ka path roz subah kiya, and Jap ji Sahib roz Raat ko Sunta tha.....
      1 to 1.5 month mein Control aaya mere khudke uper. Ab eske pichhe ka science nhi pata muze... But yeah... Abhi aisi Fearful koi feeling aayi... Toh ek Hold aaya hai mereko khudpe... I can Ignore it. Abhi bhi etna pro nahi hu.... Lekin yeah... DEVELOP kiya ja skta hai ye control.

    Mam...I am taking fluoxetine 20 mg and clonezapam 0.5 mg daily for more than a year...but it has not solved the problem of rapid intrusive thoughts

    Mam please.help me i am 17 year old i am facing such a problem that i can't express. I have anxiety issues. I am eating antidepressants. Zolsanp and serne 50 but taking it can make me feel good. But i am alawys scared about heart and i have heart palpitations and. Taking zolsan p can help me but after leaving it again. Same symptoms shortness of breath and.     Me ek government teacher hu 11 12 ki. 2023 me b.ed aur first trial me tat hs psychology me clear kiya.meri psychology aur others subject ki knowledge powerful hai.strong pakad hai meri.aur meri teaching skill bhi bohot aachi hai.but me childhood se unknown forces through se ghiri hui hu. Us through ki vajah se mujhe bohot problems ho rahe hai. Mujhe Achanak se throughs ke atteks hote hai. Uski vajah se work me mujhe bohot problems hoti hai me chahe kitni bhi expert kyu naa hu but work mera kharab hi ho jata hai. Aur phir me mazak ban jati hu.sab mujhe dumb mante hai.meri koi respect nahi hai. Aur shirf teaching me nahi har work me mujhpe attek hota hai aachanak se. Brain se aawaze aati hai tumse nahi hoga tum dumb ho esa. Yeh baat jab me mere close person ko share karu to sab bolte hai tujhe confidence nahi hai but esi baat nahi hai mujhe full confidence hai but yeh forced through aahi jate hai. Everyday nahi but kabhi kabhi humle hote hai.5 days best teaching and best work hota hai aur 1 din humle hote hai is tarah ka hota hai.mano mera brain mere control me nahi hai kisi aur ke control me hai koi unknown negetive power mere brain ko spoil kar rahi hai woh meri personality ko mitana chahti hai.aur iske alva everyday unchaha fantasy world mind me creat kar liya hai jo real world se dur ho us fantasy world se me tang ho chuki hu bahar aana chahti hu. Meri problems ki vajah se sab kuch mere haath se chut raha hai. Lok mujhse duri banakar rakhte hai.even meri family bhi mujhse pareshan hai. Me bohot pareshan hu kya karu samaj me nahi aa raha.

    Mere Saath ye problem hai har time mere mind koi na koi thought chlta rehta hai jisse me bohot disturb rehta hu kisi cheez pe concentrate nhi kar pata. 😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞
