@@jadoremylo8807 back when this was filmed 2 years ago the cost for each one was around 210k if I remember correctly.
Keep.in mind , there is a wide range of layouts and size to pick from. You can also decide to go without a basement or solar panel, which would both affect the price!

Hey thanks for watching ! Those two are currently used for airbnb by the owner.
Those coach house can't be sold independentely from the property on which they sit. Otherwise the land would need to be severed and this is not authorized.
If you can secure a lot, the builder can certainly build something very similar for you !
What is the buying price ?
Back when this was filmed, they cost 200k per unit with solar panels and all. You can reach out to Eko built to get an updated price!
