I wish you the best of luck with your conversion but I wonder if the silicone will fall foul of the constant heat cycles it undergoes I also wonder if an airtight seal can be had with a thin liner of butyl rubber about 0.9mm thick - the sort of material inner tubes are made from - perhaps it could even be held in place by the tyre bead itself … that could be put in place in just an hour or so and ready to ride Perhaps it could be called ‘split tube’ …
Thanks.. I just completed 2300km ride till Umling La, Ladakh. I haven't face any issue of air pressure drop and not a single time I top up air in any of the tyre. The material I used can work without fail within temperature range between -50 to 150 deg Celsius.
Thanks for your comments. There was little bit wobbling after 130km/hr. I don't know if it was due to conversion or bike need wheel alignment. Will update on this too soon.
I'm planning to do the same you've done. I bought the Sika Marine sealnt 291i. After watching your video I feel confident to use the sealant as there are no such videos using this sealant. But I'm planning to use only the Sika sealant. What are your thoughts on it. Will it work?
Kitna cost hua sir total, I also bought the Himalayan yesterday and worried about the tyre puncher, Can you help me to do this treatment on my Himalayan as well please
Not exactly.. I was having RE TBTS 350 with spoke wheels and I never need to do any alignment or tightening of spoke. And if this mod works for 3-4 years then its not wasting.
Very informative and nicely explained.. looking forward for the long term experience with this mod
sure.. I am planning for Umling La trip in Sep-Oct month. Will definitely share the feedback on this conversion.. thank for appreciating my work.

Informative video
Glad you think so!
What is the difference between way2speed conversion kit and these sealants?
Way2speed never provide details of their product. I am sure it is same thing but they charge too much.
Absolutely best video on tubeless conversion that there is thanks buddy will try do the same for my interceptor 650 🫡
thanks a lot..:)
I feel there would have been some weight increase on the wheel. Do give feedback on how the ride is now. As always keep up the good work👍
Yes, it will but not more than 1 kg in total. will do some ride and share the feedback.
Nice elaborative video. Do let me know if you find any wobbling issue after doing this, because wheel balance may go out a bit.

yes it will work.. use black one not white.. all the best
In case if we need to adjust the spoke due to any dent or damage, or during the wheel balancing, it would not be possible I guess...
need to do this exercise again after fixing the issue.
I got one question, do we have to change the stock tires ? Or the stock tires itself will support the tubeless modification,?
No need. If you check, both the tyres are tubeless.
Sealent name?
please watch complete video, you will know.
Kitna cost hua sir total,
I also bought the Himalayan yesterday and worried about the tyre puncher,
Can you help me to do this treatment on my Himalayan as well please
It cost me around 1500 bugs only. My videos have most of the processes and I will be happy to help if you need.
What are the materials that you use?
marine grade silicon and polyurethane.
