Shibanxi 2005 Part 5

In this last video from the December 2005 visit, we take a pre-dawn train from Mifeng (reversal) to Bagou, visit the open-air market there and then have another look at the 300mm gauge hand tramming at Huangcunjin coal mine. After watching a steam-hauled coal train arrive at Huangcunjin, we see pigs being loaded at Jiaoba and the see distant views of trains in the Caiziba - Xianrenjiao area before ending back at Mifeng. Once there, we would have stayed with the ex-army medic Dr. Chen who managed the pharmacy and clinic at Mifeng. The accommodation was very basic but the food and passing trains were very good!
