When I was young (5-12 years old) I wanted to become an actress. Now I'm 17 and I want to become a hotel manager. 💖💖
I wanted to be a builder. Like my dream aspiration was to cement bricks together.
I don't want to repeat what everybody here is saying that you're gorgeous because everyone knows it. But the factt hat 4 MONTHS POSTPARTUM you look like a pop star and you're fully back to your job - that's what AMAZES ME every single time I'm watching you. Like, you're UNBELIEVEABLE! ❤️

I recently did a shoot ( for me, I love pictures ) and everytime i posed, i thought “ what wld Valeria do”. You were an inspiration in that shoot and the pics came out pretty cool 😄

Bikini competitor here... The 3-4 month phase you’re referring to is the “prep phase”. That doesn’t include the 1+ year (minimum) most people need to build a foundation/muscle mass to create that definition. Bodybuilding is a lifestyle, and I really wouldn’t recommend someone to do it just for fun or “just” for the experience. There are definitely other ways to challenge yourself! Just my 2 cents. 🙃

Do you have kids? Did giving birth help u decide your career? I have two children and my first birth was a nightmare..the nurse I had refused to take me to the restroom before putting my catheter in cause she didn't want to wait..and so I wound up having an accident during insertion which angered her. Then after birth they walk with u by supporting u to go to the restroom to make sure u csn walk on ur own after the episural..to be sure its worn off..mine had not and she dropped me on the floor..mind u I only weighed 120 at 9 mo. Pregnant .. Having a great nurse or midwife during delivery can really make or break your special moment. How amazing you are there for These women, impowering them while they bring life into this world.
