Kos applies many serpent bites and it stacks up, each does true damage to the enemies after using intoxication it takes out everything at once hence enemies dies regardless of health bar segments@@Kamal-mv4tq
Use abdicator with damage return and spiked armour and don't use damage absorption and rock perks. You need maxed damage return and spiked armour perks, if you got them in max then level 2 abdicator is enough.
