Thanks so much man, you actually explained what's what so I really appreciate it! Most of the videos on basic switch configs people just run through commands but for beginners it's hard to understand what he's doing.
Mate brilliant, i am just setting up my first cisco 3560 switch and this is gold. at 4:34 man actually said pound sign to # lol ... i was like what lol. but this is great education for me. thanks.
I liked your tutorial, you sound like a regular guy helping techs with your experience, thanks. I use the usb to serial port adapter as my mobo doesn’t have serial port access. Console away I am 😁
Thank you Great walk through, talk through. Your video enabled me to successfully setup a 3560 switch, with my Autonomous AP, and give the devices a second life. Especially the Telnet capability
Did you forget about the serial port properties? From the official Cisco Installation page: Configure the baud rate and character format of the PC or terminal to match the console port default characteristics: 9600 baud 8 data bits 1 stop bit No parity None (flow control)
Thanks 😊. Can you explain, What is mean 5 in secrets password??, I mean your output "enable secret 5 %$%$5464", Thanks 😊. in 12:20. I hope my question Clearly.
When I type the "enable" command I get (Unknown cmd: enable) Can anyone tell me why I am not able to change to privileged mode "switch#" prompt when I type enable? What would cause it to not recognize the enable command?
Watching in 2023. Thanks a million!

@@janaybhido Yes I can help you.
Sorry sir but its really hard to understand you, could you speak more clearly? Also the way you said '3560 switch' was really confusing.
“In this video I’m going to...” unbearable.
