guys below, you are not correct. If you have good and skills operator and makes correct maintenance Gimini works great. Otherwise in Russia Ficep supplies better machines then to another countries.
How do y'all clean the slats? We've tried various methods from a hammer drill to coating them in an equally expensive and low quality paint. It is harder due to the grid being of such small squares.

Film bardzo fajny, pokazuje piekną pracę maszyny w zakładzie gdzie się ja produkuje. Jestem operatorem ponad dwa lata w Polsce i zgodę się z kilkoma komentarzami pod filmikiem. Mianowicie: co do precyzji to jest ona znikoma, powielanie detali? Każdy jest różny. Stoł? Kto to projektował ? Żadnej możliwości usunięcia żużlu, żadnej maszyny do tego celu. Masakra. Plasma tnie u mnie pod kątem 45° więc jest fajnie ale rura i przewody od plazmy są słabej jakości. Wszystko fajnie na filmie, rzeczywistość jest zupełnie inna. Kilka razy serwisant się zastanawiał po tym co ta maszyna potrafiła zrobić niewlaściwego. Program Steel Projekt wysyła program a w Gemini widać coś innego😂 tyle ode mnie.
ours caught fire twice, gas cutting head is never square to the drilling head. light guards never set. i dont think you could bolt on anymore stuff to this machine, just a glorified plasma cutter

coolant solution are also too basic.
this is the stupiest maschines I ve ever work on . We have two maschines like this. A lot of problems, errors, and even servis don't know what is going on. Therible, Poland.
Those machines are shits.....we have 2 of them and they are alway broke or very unprecise. Forgot to make bevel plasma on thoses and here in canada we have the worst service ever with thoses machines :(
