Healing vibrations: Muladhara Chakra

It also known as the base, sexual, root or fundamental chakra and it is the stable base which we must develop. First chakra is the foundation of existence where life begins through procreation and the desire to live present in every human being. This vortex drives the energy of the earth upwards, through the feet and legs, to process it, stabilize it and use it in psychic, physical and spiritual development. It corresponds to the earth element and, therefore, connects us with our body, provides us with confidence and grants us security and good health.
It is an energetic core where the material desire for survival resides and the establishment of an objective in the terrestrial and present incarnation. From there, it refers us to the possibility of transcending it and beginning the ascent towards other higher chakras, but without abandoning it, since survival and physical security constitute the first step on the ladder that leads to the full development of consciousness.
