The fastest combo on ekko is actually using the protobelt's animation cancel on his aa. You go in with your e/q as usual and then pop protobelt instantly to aa faster for the burst. You can also use your r to go back to lane. Works great when enemy tries to work the tower under which you recalled.

I've never seen ekko ult combos so smooth and fast. Every ekko I've seen holds ult for safety, really unexpected to see him just use it for burst or to gap close

i started maining ekko after watching your videos on xiao, im a jg main but i still learned so much watching these.
4:52 you can also q w and aa w to mask your w. It's a little harder to do and some skins make it easier than others to mask it (true dmg ekko). I've found that eq-> aa w animation cancel is the best way to trade especially if you're going all in. For short trades, just e q aa is good or e w q aa.
Aa w is soo easy with nashors and true damage skin. It's soo op
Dcap is definitely better, but your E proc damage would still do more dmg with Lich...idk if it would have before the change, but now that it has double the base dmg it used to, there's no question.

14:30 This reminds of flashing the wall on the other side between wolves and enemy base (yes, you can flash that wall). Only way to make that flash is to aim just within your max flash range (in the wall) but deep enough that the far side is closer than the nearside and your flash will make it over. I wonder if the Ekko E you're talking about here is similar.

I think it would be appreciated some replay from a hard early/comeback. Ekko is a hell of a character to start good, but it also has a really good comeback potential and it would be sweet to see how pros manage in this situation.

Hey, MidBeast, back a few seasons ago when bruiser builds were popular on things like Fizz, and Ekko, I had an "On Hit Effekkto Build" I'd run, that carried me to Diamond for the first time, completely situated around Rapidfire Cannon; basically, your E is a Dash, then an Extended AA that you Blink to, almost like a Flash Auto, so when you E, the first portion, which is the dash, will happen, and then the circle indicating where you can blink appears. Rapidfire Cannon extends the range of this circle by around 2 teemo lengths, which is ridiculous when looking to scoot into the back line, and one tap players. I might try it out this season.
Definitely one of my favorite high tier players, he doesn’t decide to ff immediately unlike EVERY ONE OF MY TEAMMATES!!

Ekkos shield late game is busted. I was Zed. We’re both full built i combo him weq electrocute plus he gets 2 tower shots and I did 0 dmg to him his shield ate all that dmg
Serpents fang would help a lot. Although I'm pretty sure late game ekko wins it either way unless he played it badly
