This is a very good product. Two months ago, when I was preparing to have a new headphone, I compared it with the Wissonly Hi Runner and they were both good. However, I could only have one, so I chose Wissonly in the end.

Had mine for a week, won’t turn on after charging all day. Very unhappy
Try to contact their support. I'm pretty sure they have a warranty for it.
