Who is your best Real estate investor or agent marketing company right now as we are going into 2024. Seems online leads are quite different with rates around 7% and so few prospects of new homes to buy.

Does this program teach other aspects of the sales process like prospecting,qualifying etc or is it strictly closing?
Usually, it makes more sense to have specialized roles unless you have a tiny or one person staff. It's usually inefficient to have one person doing all three. Although, it does get done that way. I sold corporate telecom data contracts back in the late 90's, and we did everything ourselves. Back when we had to install T3's just to download a photo. From cold calling to Closing, we got a list and just started pounding the phones. It was pretty miserable because we spent most of our time cold calling. Like 200 to 300 calls a day. Sometimes, it's kind of necessary to have that continuity, though. Those deals were sometimes hundreds of thousands or even millions of dollars. You could be working a prospect for a year. So, building that relationship from the ground up makes some sense. But if you can get lower skilled, lower paid people to prospect and qualify, you can usually build a more efficient team. Ideally, Closers should be hyper focused on closing. Obviously, however, if you're like a Real Estate agent just starting out, you may have to do everything yourself. Or, mostly anyway. Or, if the tickets are super high, you can't just come in and close somebody you've never spoken with before. Not on million dollar contracts. So, at the very least, the closing process may be a multi-stage process. But you may also be the very first person they talk to, the last person they talk to, and customer support. But in this space, I'm pretty sure that most of the models have lead acquisition, appointment setters and closers at different levels. Don't quote me, though.
