She doesn't eat this entire food in one sitting. If you notice carefully there are so many cuts and edits which clearly states that she eats this amount of food separately.
There's one more possibility, she might be spitting out the food after every bite. There's a cut everytime she's supposed to swallow.
U guys don't know what's going behind and it may happen she's taking the right amount of food but shows in a different way that it looks like she's having more and she also does the omad thing plus maybe there r background noises that they go through and if they don't do cuts the vid will be long
