    Dear citizens with outstanding warrants, you should probably take care of those type of issues before going out and running from them thinking that you have gotten away with it or the problem has magically disappeared. The laws arms are extremely long and their memory is only a radio dispatch away. I know it hurts whenever it catches up with you but you put yourself in that position and the hurt is self inflicted. Stay out of trouble and your days will be warrant free.

    At least the dog made it home. That would have been tough if animal control had to take custody of it until somebody bonded her out.

    Awesome episode I appreciate it as always! Thanks for showing the transport as well! He’s a great trooper love to see great law enforcement officers who have a heart as long as the suspect allows!💙⭐️ He reminded me of J26.⭐️💙 always kills me how people with arrest warrants want to cry when they get arrested. It’s like well you probably knew about this for months did nothing about it and now you have to face the consequences instead of just taking care of business like a responsible adult! This goes without saying but thanks for the awesome series keep conquering!⭐️🇺🇸💙💛🎉👍

      She didn't have any money to pay the fine off she just got a job she didn't even have money to roll her Marijuana. I'm sure she would of paid she didn't fight him. He was very good to her but I guess you just have to have better eyes. She just didn't see it xoming like that and If you were her maybe you would only hope for the best also.

    Kudos to the officer for his handling of this situation. I had friends that would get traffic tickets and just say “screw that” and rip them up and throw them away. Also didn’t go to court when they were scheduled and laugh at those “stupid cops” and just go along their way without a care in the world.
    And without fail they would be out havin fun traveling with family or out on a date they would get pulled over and it’s time to pay the piper. The warrant would pop up and Bingo!! It’s time to deal with the issues you’ve been kicking down the road thinking it would all go away.NOPE.....straight to jail...I’m not saying that’s what happened here but I would venture to guess it probably was.People forget or don’t get notified of court dates,but in a majority of the cases it’s someone who thinks that blowing off an issue and not dealing with it like an adult is o.k. 🤷‍♂️
    I don’t like going to court, who does? But you’ve got to handle your business.If you get a ticket just pay it or go to court and fight it. If your scheduled to appear just show up. It sucks for sure,especially if you have to work and transportation issues can suck too. But you will get caught and it’s always gonna be at the most inopportune time.

    • @TheTmobley
      @TheTmobley Рік тому +2

      It all depends on the circumstances. An officer can request; and a passenger is not always required to provide ID - it is all dependent upon the circumstance of the situation that started and the facts developed during the stop and controlling State laws.
      There have been a couple Appellant decisions that go into detail - see Stufflebeam V. Harris for example which upheld the arrest under Obstruction of Government Operation out of Arkansas. But there is another out of Arizona (US v. Landeros) that held you did not have to provide id based on lack of "reasonable suspicion" that the person had violated the law or was in the process of violating the law. (IE: a Terry Stop) In each case, the Appellate Court took in all factors relating to the situations of the stops and the actions of all parties. Officers are given some latitude in Traffic Stops - not carte blanche to do whatever they want. But you also take a risk in refusing to provide as in Stufflebeam.

    OMG ! If these were black folks , they would have been pulled from the car cuffed and strip searched . In this case he didn't call for backup and why not !!!??? Again , if they were black folks I can assure you several cars of cops would have been on the scene and that car would have been searched with a fine tooth comb for drugs . I am damn sure we would've gotten off that easy . That car could have been loaded down with drugs and he didn't even check . These are the things that black folks complain about on a daily basis the difference in treatment that some folks seem to think that we're making up . This is proof that white privilege is alive and well even though he's taking her to jail . Keep in mind he found drugs on her , who's to say that other white female didn't have drugs !!!????
