    What is the difference in effort required in selling a $400K house and an $800k house? None! So why do you think you deserve more money? Grow up already. Change your fee structure and price based on the actual level of effort.

      @@nicholascuomo8401 Those scenarios could be for either listing. If you can do it for $18k why should someone else pay $24k? What if the only difference is the size of the lot. One acre vs 15 acres?
