Genova Diagnostics will either run your credit card directly for the cash price or will bill your insurance with a co-pay charge. If you have a commercial insurance like Aetna, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, then the co-pay price applies to you. If you have Medicare, Tricare or any government insurance, including AHCCCS state insurance, you will be billed the cash pricing when the test kit is submitted.
