Rock Hill Farms is a single barrel bourbon whiskey produced by the Sazerac Company in Frankfort, Kentucky. It's made from a mash bill of corn, malted barley, and more rye than usual, giving it a sweet taste with notes of toasted nuts, fruit, chocolate, and marshmallow.
Rock Hill Farms is named after a stretch of land along the Kentucky River, where the limestone waters nourish the land and give it a distinct flavor. It has a similar mashbill to Blantons and Elmer T. Lee, and is released in limited quantities in most markets.
