I was upset we took him so early then I watched the film and my only thought was, "if he can clean up technique he'll kill dudes" and sure enough. Go watch what he did to the cowboys.
I think he is only gonna get better in a zone blocking scheme. Actually think both guards are going to excel this year. Give him a year in pass pro and he'll be a pro bowler.
I remember watching the senior bowl that year and that kid knocked around every big school D lineman that was invited . I hoped the Bears would have drafted him .
