Nah, the game doesn’t say the patient’s dead until it goes BELOW zero. So technically the patient can die for a second and you can bring them back to life. It’s happened to me multiple times, and it’s hilarious every time lmao

Markus and Valerie have different healing touches (He slows down time, she locks the locks the vitals). So Valerie's gets used in some ops to just ignore the vitals and go fast, while Markus, being the default choice is faster menuing if HT is not needed

9 month bump, some operations need score, chain, or require no bads (only good or cool ratings when operating) otherwise you lose XS
