Speedrun of Trauma Center Second Opinion, done in 16 minutes and 12 seconds by me. This is NOT tool assisted, this was played by me on an actual Wii.
Category: X Operations - Complete every X mission once with either doctor.
Timing starts when you enter the first operation, and ends when you're back at the episode select screen after the last one.
This was the World Record time for this game's category as of February 24th 2017, and was beaten by me on August 25th 2019, with a new time of 15:45. You can find the new video on my channel.
A fantastic run with mild RNG at Deftera and godlike RNG at Savato. I saved almost 90 seconds in Savato alone, which is insanely good, and will probably take a while to replicate. Even if you play perfectly, the game sometimes just wants the patient to die no matter what you do.
