No the reason isn’t free agency I’m a god fearing man myself but these comments make all Christian’s look like we compartmentalize everything. It’s what you do in the face of adversity that matters. The bad things that happen are to test that strength. To see that despite all the bad done unto you you don’t give it to someone else.free agency just means free will and that’s not why bad things happen it’s because of it that we choose how the bad things direct us. Wrongdoings can’t be stopped by you but you can’t prevent do ing them to others
Also know not JUST believing in Jesus will save you. That means nothing. It’s how you act as a person. To act as Jesus would. Not just know he exist. That’s insane
