Very excellent in depth outline. This is one of the best cabin reviews I've seen, particularly the balcony I hope the plumbing is fixed by our Sept sailing 😪.
Plumbing issue wasn’t fixed during our jun. 25-July 2 cruise. When we were at ports was when we found it wouldn’t flush most of the time so I visited the public restrooms and found them more inviting than the small stateroom toilets.
@@DeltaDronesOrg Seems like after a month out from dry dock, they could have gotten something fixed. We got used to the public restrooms on board. We found them all :-). Have a great day.
The "Sea View" story from guest services is hysterical. At least in port everglades, the ship does not always dock facing the same direction. Being a common cruiser on Princess out of Port Everglades I've had your embarkation day view many times as I usually prefer a port stateroom (not sure why, just got in the habit) and that seems to be the most common docking position, but on a few occasions when we've returned I've woken up facing land on disembarkation day because the ship docked facing the other direction.
@@FearlessRambler agreed! In port Everglades I’ve only ever ended up facing the port on disembarkation day, but I have enjoyed watching the massive operation of forklifts managing luggage & ship inventory going on below.
Looking forward to a 13 day cruise to Quebec on that ship for my first Princess cruise. I have to stay, the head is quite a disappointment. We're most loyal to NCL and have never had a shower curtain let alone such a small shower on any of their ships. I do like the closet layout, that will be nice for a longer cruise.

I thought that the premium balcony is supposed to have a sofa inside but I don’t see one in your video. Can you please explain thank you? I’ve been on many Caribbean Deck 10 staterooms & didn’t think that there was a difference in the Balcolny sizes. I’m now in stateroom C617 Cat B2 on the Emerald Princess & the Princess site says 271 sq ft. My previous stateroom C707 Cat BD also says 271 sq ft. My last cruise on the Royal Princess E319 & that was with a Deluxe Balcony & that stateroom had the sofa. Do you know if the Emerald Princess has any deluxe balcony’s?
Tip for leg shaving ask for a shower chair. I’ve asked for one & that’s because I’ve had a minor back injury so I can sit inside the balcony but not for leg shaving. Thanks for a great video?
Oh yes we did call. Many times. They did try to fix the problems and promply. It would work for a few hours and then stop working again. I actually felt for the plumbers and appreciated the hard work they had done. I thanked them every time they were out my door working on the plumbing at the access door. The first time I called, they stated I should not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper, but we had not. The also did a ship wide announce several times stating that to all the passengers. We also got a letter stating that request. It was a ship wide problem. We were not the only ones to get the nice chocolets at the end of the week, they went down the hall way handing them out to all the cabins.
I will be on the July 9th sailing and hope that the toilet issue is not in my room D-424. It's my wife's first cruise and I would like it to be a good one!
Our last Princess cruise in November, we agree, the quality of overall service and food was budget cruising level like Carnival.
They had a skeleton crew on our cruise, hope they work out their issues

Yes it is a small shower, but you get used to it. The closet was nice.

Had the same problem with toilets in May same ship same deck. Walking around looking for a bathroom was not a luxury vacation.
I know the story, but we did get the ship bathroom Tour, I found some quite ones :-). Hope you got some chocolets for the pain.
Come on!! All you had to do was call the desk & they would have sent a plumber. Hope you have have better luck at the holiday Inn.

Broken air con, a toilet that won't flush, and only 2 easily accessible outlets? What a garbage room.

@@LeoRousseau They should have the problem fixed. We did enjoy the cruise. The entertainment and food at the main dinning hall was excellent.
Tiny bathroom and no couch area, who cares how big the balcony is?
