Please please be aware, and don't get fooled by scammers. One tried scamming me earlier in the week, on OLX. I think the only effective way to deal with scammers is to be alert while talking to strangers because govt. can't do much about them.

It's important to train them to be self reliant while they are still young incase something happens to the caregiver so they won't suffer on the near future. I know other people will call it child abuse but it's not coz it prepares the child for the future.
