BBC Breakfast : It’s lovely to have a carvery especially on Sunday I always have enough on my plate

On a carvery there’s a good choice of meats such as pork,beef, turkey and ham and you can choose a mix of each if you wish
Even though you can help yourself to unlimited veggies and potatoes from the carvery deck it's best to take little at a time.
There's a place in Redcar called the one stop cafe it does a lovely carvery it’s good value but try to go a little bit early as there is always a queue.
Also there's a delicious carvery in Redcar at The Mermaid with freshly carved slow-cooked meat with unlimited veg potatoes and other sauce ingredients a perfect carvery on a Sunday it's just as good on every other day of the week starting at 11.45
There's many sayings like these - eyes as big as your belly also I have enough on my plate. I have but l know I can get through it all.
There's going to be a change in the weather cold , windy , rain. Today isn't all that bad building up to a good day October the 4th enjoy the outdoors maybe visit a carvery.
