Ulthwe is my favorite craftworld.
I always felt like the biggest strength of the eldar was their mobility and stealth, launching lightning quick strikes and then vanish again to strike from a completly different direction and in a completly different style.
And in fluff terms of course it's their tendency to manipulate others to do their work for them.

Indeed, his death was retconned, got a new model and is tied into the new god of death lore.
Craftworld Eldar are a specialist army. Each unit plays an extremely particular role on the battlefield and excel at their role. Howling Banshees are exceptionally good at melee but are poorly equipped for ranged combat furthermore they specialized in killing heavily armoured infantry such as Tactical Marines.

I use bikes as a distraction element. I have lance bikes so putting them in the centre of the board and then racing for the flanks as fast as possible always scares players and they usually panic and try to intercept them. Not realising that my falcon grav tank full of fire dragons on the opposite side of the board are going for the real target and are the real threat.
I also use a lot of very long range units like rangers and dark reapers to pick off infantry and command units. By doing that it draws the fire away from my advancing guardian, banshee, warp spider and wraith lord units that are bounding up the board. I tend to keep my farseer in the back behind cover and instead have a wedlock act as my frontline 2nd commander unit.
If need be my avatars can also soak up lots of fire whilst the main infantry elements get closer as well as wreak havoc on anything if it manages to get in close.
Essentially my strat is a massive rush with AT fast attack units as well as targetted attacks on special units. The main force being my 2 guardian, support platform, 1 banshee and 1 warp spider squad which are all lead by a wedlock attached to the guardians.
The deception of the attack comes from putting massive threat in the enemy's face forcing them to act on that rather than the main force which can deal with any issues. The bikes, avatars and long range reaper and rangers distract the enemy attention by posing immediate threats to deal with. Leaving the main force fairly fresh by time they get to the enemy's centre.

Is it just me or did the audio skip over something at 3:30 ?
I play Eldar from Biel-Tan so I mainly use aspect warriors to match their theme. I usually find ranged units like Dire avengers and Dark Reapers out perform the melee units just because of the low strength and toughness of eldar. Scorpions usually do the most work for me when it comes to melee units because i mainly play against guard so their +1 strength and higher armor save means a lot. Bike wise i dont usually use bikes very often but when i do they usually perform pretty well.
