Ok I've gotten a couple of comments related to the title now so I'll just explain my reasoning here.
If you define greatness as the amount of material achievements, Viper would be the greatest. This is because he played Riven professionally and has consistently reached high ranks across multiple servers (According to onetricks.gg). He's also been a staple of the riven community for quite some time and has singlehandedly innovated the champion's build and playstyle.
Now, if greatness is defined as the highest ranked player, that would be Wenshen in the Chinese super server and General Sniper in North America. If greatness is defined as the amount of skill on the champion, then that would probably go to Built. If greatness is defined as the amount of knowledge on the subject, then that might be Alois. And finally if greatness is defined by the total cultural impact somebody has had, then BoxBox would probably take that crown.
Clearly it's difficult to define one player as the "greatest" because it's all relative, but it's my humble opinion that Viper has reached a high enough threshold across all meanings of the word to be able to deserve being mentioned as the greatest in a UA-cam title.
