I have been a nail tech for over 30 years and have used a “pinched” brush for at least 20 of those years….makes the application so much easier, so this is really good information…thank you! It’s getting more difficult to find Kolinsky brushes and especially those that are pinched.
I save the plastic cap and keep the brush upside down to prevent the monomer from getting into the ferrule. That's why i like brushes with a cap .. this one also looks good . 👍
My new brush should be here any minute!! I love the new pink ones .I also got the size 10 ..I think that is my most comfortable size. You really cant got wrong with Kiara sky brushes.
Amazing tutorial......... that explains over the years why my acylic brush is sooo hard to work with bc I didn't do any of this a few years ago 😳 😂 thanks girl I've always heard about pinching your brush but never knew how fr I know now🔥
I just bought the 16. I’m new to acrylic I hope it’s not too big but I saw the Lovely Mimi nails say bigger the better. Which brush cleaner do you use??
Great tutorial, tyfs!! What are those wipes that you were using to clean the monomer out of the bristles, please? They're a little larger than your lint free wipes.
Thank you. Lol because I was sooo excited to use mine I was like why my acrylic not laying right. Lol I didn’t properly clean my brush when I opened it. 😬😬
Thank you for sharing I have the other brush but definitely tempted to buy this one love love love (new sub)💕

Can you please make a video on how to dip the brush into the monomer and then into the acrylic I'm new at this and every time I do it it comes out dry and clumpy or either too wet I don't know how to Slide the brush as I take it out of the monomer
Pls tell me how to keep my brush clean after using it because have lost a lot of brush on it, at first I pour remover into a container and put it d the remover got dry my brush was divided into three parts, I threw it away, I try to put in liquid again it was bend I tried 2 straight in now
You’re not supposed to clean acrylic brushes in remover. I soak it in monomer for about 2 or 3 minutes. Then I dip it in monomer again, wipe it on a paper towel like 2 or 3 more times.
I just got into nails and never in my 20 years of existence did i know there such a thing called crimping/pinching your acrylic brush. im like so late it’s embarrassing
Pleeeeeease dooooo eeeeeet, girl!! I swear you will never look back. Worth every penny. I was so leary of the KS brushes because I always had so many other brushes and always had something else I needed to buy. I finally just took the plunge and it made so much sense with everyone's hype. Just break down and do it. 🖤🖤🖤
So I pinched it and it turned out perfect! Works so much better. Thanks Maira!
YAY! So happy you love it ✨

Same!!! Just bought mine yesterday lol 😅😂 got that info from lovely Mimi 😊😅
I use sizes 10, 12, & 14 but it is a personal preference, whatever you feel comfortable with ❤
This is the best video I’ve ever seen on this 🎉 thank you!
Thank you SO much 💕
I just bought 2 brushes. They’re so pretty

Thank you so much for this video. I just ordered my size 12 brush🤗
Im curious why does the brush need to be pinched? And what if its not? Do all brushes have to be pinched? Sorry I never knew this.
Some people just like having a flatter brush. Just a preference but not a necessity. I keep one round and one pinched.
