SEBI Explains ReITs, InvITs and Nomination of Unitholder Directors?

In this dialogue, experts from the Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI) provide the much needed conceptual clarity on Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvITs). In addition, they clarify the scope of the consultation paper published on 9th July 2024 for the market participants. The consultation paper proposes the removal of restriction on the nomination of Unitholder Nominee Directors.
