Happy belated birthday! 🥳 For the Olipop strawberry or cherry 🍓 flavor, I like to mix it with TJ's rice milk over ice (it's in the cereal section). It rly takes away the weird sweet edge (they use healthier sweetners than soda). It tastes like kinda like a non-dairy Italian Soda! 🥂And cheers to you as an official lecturer at uni! That's so cool!

I’m so sorry to hear that you can’t sleep because of the anxiety! I’m a therapist who goes to therapy and I would def recommend it. I have extreme social anxiety and I find that debriefing really helps. Anxiety is often rooted in some sort of trauma or negative experience; it would be super beneficial to look into it if you’re wanting to work on the anxiety🩷I recommend somatic experiencing as well as psychodynamic approach based therapists!
