I attended the Berlin 2017 Joshua Tree concert and my favorite part of this song (visually) was the HUGE screen behind the stage which is, sadly, not captured in this video. So, during the song, Bono has a camera and records the girl performing a dance for him (and the stadium). Still images of the girl appeared one after the other (with the beat of the song) on the gigantic (GIGANTIC!!) screen behind the band in Warhol-like technicolor. Then, suddenly, toward the end of the song, those massive, blown-up photos of the pretty girl began moving in sequenced, scrolling gif-clips of video. It was visually very effective! -- Really interesting to see the images scrolling, grooving in time to the beat of the music one next to each other. This lucky girl on the stage had a great smile -really big- and that showed up well on the screen. Overall, the screen imagery was wonderful (which made up for the obstructed view of the band from the stadium floor 30 meters back from the stage). Side note: Personally, I prefer when Bono picks an audience member for a SLOW dance as he has done in previous concerts (Such as for "With or Without You"). I found Bono's/U2's message regarding women's rights and "honoring women" a bit diluted having just seen a girl dance in a seemingly "expected" seductive manner to Mysterious Ways. I've seen clips of this song in other cities and some of the dancing gets pretty raunchy. It is clear that the expectation is for seductivity which seemed to clash with the "let's honor women" message. All the same, I appreciate Bono's/U2 efforts and the overall message of peace, love, and respect for all people throughout the concert. Yes I remember that too. Been there as well in Berlin (it was a great feeling to get there 8 years after the last U2 tour in this stadium) and that visual effect on the screen with the girl dancing was just stunning. It fitted perfectly to the performance of the band, perfectly synchronised. Some of the hightlights of the tour, besides Streets or Ultraviolet.

I don't get what Edge is trying to do with the guitar intro here. Compare it to the intros on both the PopMart and ZooTv tours.

Actually I'm not sure I haven't even looked because if it's close to me here or I live in Florida Central Florida I would go again but I kingdom before I think it was 91 when it first came out and actually the first time they did it lied was South I want to say maybe Miami Florida but I could be wrong but I believe that's that's where I remember so if I remember that I must have read it . I would definitely go if they came to Florida but I hope it's closer than like Miami that's like over 300 East some miles south if they came to Ocala Gainesville and Jacksonville I would go somewhere and shoot do you know when the next tour is and do you have any tour dates that you of?
