When I was in Panama City, I crossed Via Espana by going through the metro station. Much easier than trying to dodge the cars walking (or running) across the street.
Am glad to hear that restaurants aren't having flavors, cuz I am planning my move to Panama from Miami and bring my cooking talent there. I am bringing Puerto Rican, Jemaican, DR, Cuban, and southern BBQ cuisines to Panama. 👨🏾🍳

Thank you for show my beautiful country. I will be there in December for 3 months to take care of my mother, who is 80 years old. I live in usa for 34 years, i went just once to my country for a long 6 months, long time ago and now I'm nervous to stay for 3 months. I visit every year for short vacation with my family here. Butt now will be 3 months, i will be hard but I'm so excited to stay with my mom and family.
Good video Jibril. Great information I was impressed with Panama City even though we never left the airport. It’s the first flight we went from NY to Panama. The airport was super easy. And will most likely use this airport to get to PY in the future. In all the times we went it was going through São Paulo Brazil and a few times to Santiago Chile. Chile wasn’t bad but going through Brazil became to difficult. I watched the previous video you did last night and it was late and saw a comment from joec and said to myself I didn’t write that. Lol. Another joec. I’ve been going by joec my whole life. It took me a few seconds to realize my screen name is joe and full last name. I said it was late and to tired write lol. Love when you do the traditional food from these place. I definitely pay attention. That’s my weakness. It could be worse. You seen how tall I am I can’t afford those 5-10 extra pounds lol. We still in PY until mid October but we’ll see if that changes. Take care Future Flyness. My wife subscribed also. We will be watching. PS people need to hit the like button. Your videos are better than good. I’m not easy to impress Idk maybe they want you to do backflips or juggle or whatever. Just saying. Stay cool
@@joececere4918 hey Joe I just noticed too there is another joe in the comments lol your nemesis. I’ll keep showing the food in these places haha. Tell your wife I said thanks for subscribing. Thanks for the support man I appreciate it
I was there a few months ago and yes as you said it is very safe , a remarkable turn around from 35 years ago when I was last there. Back then all shore leave was cancelled where we were in Balboa because od the high crime and murder rates
How does Panama city compare to Santo Domingo or Santiago in D. R. which country is better for an expat to retire and why? Please consider cost, safety, and amenities. Thanks I'll await your response.
Bro is living life on the edge 😂 crossing all four lanes of the street instead of using the metro underpass. I see some have already commented on it 😂😂
I'm glad I found this video! I've been trying to find some nomad/expat content from Panama City, since I'm moving there next April. My channel is centered about the process of moving there from Finland (and some other random stuff while learning to UA-cam). Hit me up if you'd be interested in collab when I get there! I’m an expat in PC. Thru the metro is easiest I agree. Yes this is Via Espana.

You can avoid that sketchy area by using the Cinta Costera to get to Casco Viejo.

I live not to far from The Argentina Metro Station. I look at crossing the street as playing the real life version of "FROGGER".
